We’re looking to hire ambitious, intelligent, and talented people to help protect our customers and us against Fraud. Your training won’t be in a classroom – we will expect you to learn quickly on the job, absorb a considerable amount of information in a short amount of time, and be a strong team contributor within months. This position is also a unique opportunity to work directly with senior executives, some of the most experienced leaders in the industry. Strong performers can expect to be in a managerial position within 24 months, and leading a department within 3-4 years.

Candidates should expect and be willing work flexible hours, including working on some weekends and public holidays. Days in lieu will be provided.

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and detect suspicious orders by interpreting large, complex, sensitive data using an array of cutting edge systems and methodologies
  • Contest buyer payment disputes on behalf of viagogo across a variety of payment platforms
  • Find existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns
  • Propose and implement system improvements to fight fraud and protect our customers


Experience, Knowledge and Skills


  • Organized and reliable with attention to detail
  • Thrive when under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently and make complex investigative decisions
  • Comfortable with analysing and synthesizing large data sets
  • Outstanding written and oral communication
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • SQL knowledge and/or multi-lingual skills are added bonuses
  • Eligible to work in the US
